Ingredients

  • Sella Rice – 1 kg

  • Cooking Oil – 1 Cup

  • Green Cardamom – 4 Pods

  • Cloves – 4 Cloves

  • Sugar – 1 kg

  • Khoya – 500 gm

  • Almonds – 125 gm (Soaked & Peeled)

  • Dried Coconut – 125 gm

  • Rasgullay – 500 gm

Directions

  • Take 1 kg of sella rice in a large bowl. Fill it with water, mix gently, and then drain the water. Repeat this process 2-3 times or until the water runs clear.
