Garlic – 1 Medium Sized Bulb or as required
Directions
- Begin by taking 2 kg of Sarson Ka Saag (Mustard Greens). Peel the skins from the thick stems and proceed to chop them.
- Next, take 1 kg of Palak (Spinach). Trim the length ends and discard them, then chop the remaining spinach.
- Moving on to Bathua (Lamb’s Quarters), take 500 gm. Discard the thick stems and chop the leaves for inclusion in the vibrant mixture.
- Wash all the chopped vegetables thoroughly. In a pressure cooker, combine Sarson Ka Saag, Palak, Bathua, 3 tbsp salt, grounded green chilies, and 1.25 liters of water. Cover the pressure cooker and cook under pressure for 30 minutes.
