Minced Beef – 200 gm
Cumin Seeds – 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
Red Chili Powder – 1tsp
Salt – 1 tsp
Chili Flakes – 1/2 tsp
Black Pepper Powder – 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala – 1 tsp
Chopped Onions – 1 Cup
- Wrapping
All Purpose Flour – 1/2 Cup
Water – 125 ml
Samosa Wrapper (Samosa Patti) – As Required
- Frying
Cooking Oil – As Required
Directions
- Heat 3 tablespoons of cooking oil in a pan. Add 2 tablespoons of ginger-garlic paste and 200 grams of minced beef. Cook until the minced meat is fully done.
- Next, add 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds, 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon of red chili powder, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of chili flakes, 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper powder, and 1 teaspoon of garam masala. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Now, add 1 cup of chopped onions to the mixture. Mix thoroughly, turn off the fame and allow it to cool.
- In a separate bowl, create a lump-free slurry by mixing 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour with 125 ml of water.
- Take a samosa wrapping sheet. Fold one edge diagonally to form a triangle. Wrap the longer unfolded side around to create a cone-shaped pocket. Fill the pocket with an appropriate amount of the prepared keema filling. Moisten the edges of the sheet with the prepared flour slurry and fold the remaining unfolded length to seal the samosa securely.
- Fry the prepared samosas in hot oil until they turn golden brown and crispy.
