  • Pani (Water) – 8 Cups

  • Sabz Chaye (Green Tea Leaves) – 8 tsp

  • Baking Soda – 1/2 tsp

  • Namak (Salt) – 1 tsp

  • Laung (Cloves) – 6 Cloves

  • Badiyani Ke Phool (Star Anise) – 2 Pods

  • Sabz Ilaichi (Crushed Green Cardamoms) – 7 Pods

  • Thanda Pani (Ice Cold Water) – 4 Cups

  • Tea
  • Milk – 4 Cups or as required

  • Sugar – 3 tbsp or as required

  • Crushed Nuts – 2 tbsp or as required

  • Qehwa – 1/2 Cup or as required

  • In a pan, combine 8 cups of water with 8 tsp of Sabz Chaye (Green Tea Leaves), 1/2 tsp of Baking Soda, 1 tsp of Namak (Salt), 6 Cloves (Laung), 2 Pods of Badiyani Ke Phool (Star Anise), and 7 Pods of Sabz Ilaichi (Crushed Green Cardamoms).
