Useful Tips
Here are some useful tips for a perfect fish curry recipe:
- Gentle Stirring Technique: Avoid using a spatula until the very end to prevent breaking the fish pieces. Instead, lift the pot with hands and move the pan in a circular motion to stir.
- Freshness Matters: Opt for fresh fish to enhance the overall taste.
- Balancing Spice Levels: Adjust the spice levels according to your preference for a personalized experience.
- Enhance Flavor with Fresh Ingredients: Use freshly ground spices for an aromatic infusion.
- Consistent Marination: Longer marination can intensify the flavors; consider marinating for the full suggested time.
- Pre-Marination Soak: Dip the fish in water and 1 cup of vinegar for 5-10 minutes before washing and proceeding with marination.
- Optimal Washing Temperature: Wash the fish with cold water, not hot water, to maintain its freshness and texture.
