Boneless Chicken – 200 gm
Black Pepper Powder – 1 tsp
Salt – 1 tsp
Chili Flakes – 1 tsp
Chopped Capsicum – 1/2 Cup
Chopped Onion – 1/2 Cup
Sweet Corns – 1 Cup
Chopped Jalapenos – 1/3 Cup
Oregano – 1 tsp
Pizza Sauce – 3 tbsp
Shredded Pizza Cheese – 1.5 Cup
- Wrapping
All Purpose Flour – 1/2 Cup
Water – 125 ml
Samosa Wrapper (Samosa Patti) – As Required

Cooking Oil – As Required
Directions
- Heat 3 tablespoons of cooking oil in a pan over medium heat. Add 200 grams of boneless chicken cubes and fry until they turn white.
- Once the chicken is white, add 1 teaspoon of Black Pepper Powder, 1 teaspoon of Salt, 1 teaspoon of Chili Flakes, 1/2 cup of Chopped Capsicum, 1/2 cup of Chopped Onion, 1 cup of Sweet Corns, 1/3 cup of Chopped Jalapenos, 1 teaspoon of Oregano, and 3 tablespoons of Pizza Sauce to the pan. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes. Turn off the flame and allow the mixture to cool.
- After the mixture has cooled down, add 1.5 cups of shredded pizza cheese and mix until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, create a lump-free slurry by mixing 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour with 125 ml of water.
- Take a samosa wrapping sheet and fold one edge diagonally to form a triangle. Wrap the longer unfolded side around to create a cone-shaped pocket. Moisten the edges of the sheet with the prepared flour slurry and fold the remaining unfolded length to seal the samosa securely.
