Directions
- Heat 1/4 cup of cooking oil in a pan. Add 200 grams of boneless chicken cubes and 1 tablespoon of ginger-garlic paste. Cook until the chicken turns white.
- Add 1 cup of sliced onion, 1 cup each of julienned cabbage, capsicum, and carrots to the pan. Cook until the vegetables turn soft.
- Boil 2 cups of macaroni, strain them, and add them to the cooking mixture. Then, add 1/2 cup of sweet corns, 1 tablespoon of chicken powder, 1 tablespoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of black pepper powder, 1 teaspoon of chili flakes, 2 tablespoons of chili sauce, 2 tablespoons of vinegar, and 2 tablespoons of soy sauce. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes. Turn off the flame and let it cool.
- In a separate bowl, create a lump-free slurry by mixing 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour with 125 ml of water.
- Take a samosa wrapping sheet. Fold one edge diagonally to form a triangle. Wrap the longer unfolded side around to create a cone-shaped pocket. Fill the pocket with an appropriate amount of the prepared chicken macaroni filling. Moisten the edges of the sheet with the prepared flour slurry and fold the remaining unfolded length to seal the samosa securely.
- Fry the prepared samosas in hot oil until they turn golden brown and crispy.

Storage and Shelf Life
Here are storage options for these delicious samosas:
- For storage, these samosas can be refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days. When ready to enjoy, simply reheat them in an air fryer or oven until they’re heated through.
- Alternatively, if you’d like to freeze the cooked samosas, place them in a single layer on a baking sheet and freeze until solid. Once frozen, transfer them to a freezer-safe bag or container. When craving strikes, reheat them directly from frozen in an air fryer or oven until crispy and heated through.
- For those who prefer to freeze the uncooked samosas for later use, assemble them as instructed but do not fry. Instead, arrange them on a baking sheet and freeze until solid. Once frozen, transfer them to a freezer-safe bag or container. When ready to enjoy, fry them directly from frozen, adding a few extra minutes to the cooking time.

Here are some useful tips for a perfect Chicken Macaroni Samosa Recipe:
- Ensure the samosa filling is completely cooled before assembling to prevent soggy pastry.
