Red Chili Powder – 2/3 tbsp
Cumin Powder – 1/2 tbsp
Salt – 1 tbsp
Garam Masala – 1/2 tbsp
Coriander Powder – 1/2 tbsp
Minced Garlic – 3 tbsp
Fresh Coriander Leaves – 1 Cup
Minced Green Chilies – 4 Large Sized
Mint Leaves – 1/2 Cup
Lemon Juice – 3 tbsp
Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tbsp
Yogurt – 1.5 Cups

Cooking Oil – 1 Cup
Onion – 2 Small Sized
Zafra/Saffron – A Pinch
Milk – 1/2 Cup
Fresh Coriander Leaves – 1/2 Cup
Fresh Mint Leaves – 1/2 Cup
Red Food Color
Water – 1 Cup
Ghee – 1 tbsp
Directions
- In a pan, heat 1 cup of oil. Add 2 small-sized sliced onions and fry until they turn brown. Remove the browned onions from the oil and set them aside for later use.
