  • Black Caraway/Kalonji – 1 tsp

  • Zeera/Cumin Seeds – 1 tsp

  • Onions – 2 Medium Sized

  • Tomatoes – 1 Cup

  • Green Chilies – 3 Medium Sized

  • Potatoes – 2 Large Sized

  • Baingan – 1/2 kg

  • Salt -1 tbsp

  • Chili Flakes – 1 tbsp

  • Garam Masala – 1 tsp

  • Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp

  • Water – 1 Cup

  • Lemon Juice – 1 Medium Sized Lemon

  • Fresh Coriander Leaves – 3 tbsp
