  • Onions – 1.5 Cups

  • Minced Meat – 300 gm

  • Diced Tomatoes – 1/2 Cup

  • Baby Potatoes – 200 gm

  • Peas – 1 Cup

  • Salt – 1 tbsp

  • Coriander Powder – 1/2 tsp

  • Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp

  • Red Chili Powder – 1 tsp

  • Chili Flakes – 1 tsp

  • Garam Masala – 1/2 tsp

  • Zeera – 1 tsp

  • Black Pepper Powder – 1 tsp

  • Ginger Garlic Paste – 2 tbsp

  • Green Chilies – 3 Large Sized

  • Yogurt – 1/2 Cup

  • Fresh Coriander Leaves – 2 tbsp

  • Garam Masala – 1/2 tsp

Directions

  • Heat 1/2 cup of oil in a pan. Sauté 1.5 cups of onions until they turn pink. Add 300 grams of minced meat, 1/2 cup diced tomatoes, 200 grams of baby potatoes, 1 cup of peas, and the following spices: 1 tbsp salt, 1/2 tsp coriander powder, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp red chili powder, 1 tsp chili flakes, 1/2 tsp garam masala, 1 tsp zeera, 1 tsp black pepper powder, 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste, and 3 large-sized green chilies.
