Salt -1 tbsp
Chili Flakes – 1 tbsp
Garam Masala – 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
Water – 1 Cup
Lemon Juice – 1 Medium Sized Lemon
Fresh Coriander Leaves – 3 tbsp
Directions
- Heat 1/2 cup of oil in a wide pan. Add 1 teaspoon each of kalonji (nigella seeds) and zeera (cumin seeds) and allow them to sizzle then saute 2 medium-sized sliced onions until they turn golden brown.
- Add 1 cup of chopped tomatoes, 3 medium-sized green chilies (slit), 2 large-sized cubed potatoes, 1/2 kg of Baingan (eggplants, cubed), 1 tablespoon of salt (adjust to taste), 1 tablespoon of chili flakes (adjust to your spice preference), 1 teaspoon of Garam Masala, and 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder.
